Before launching, we sent Old No.2 - Brisket Rub to competition teams and select barbecue enthusiasts across the country. We even showcased it at the Houston Rodeo BBQ Cook-Off, serving over 1,000 guests. The feedback was phenomenal, with top teams snagging state championships and podium finishes in brisket and pork categories. After rigorous testing and high praise, we made Old No.2 - Brisket Rub our first new blend since the Original TexasBBQRub.
